Expectations / Requirements:

All Painters must have a minimum 2 years experience to paint with us.

• Helpers require at least 1 year experience in the business for consideration.
• All employees must fill out applications for employment completely and accurately, we do call references!
• All employees must adhere to our safety, drug, and alcohol policies. We reserve the right to terminate employment upon violation of these policies.
• All employees must report to work ON TIME, EVERY DAY! We have a obligation to our customers to complete their projects under their specifications and time frames. This is IMPORTANT!
• All employees must be in their work uniforms-we provide shirts, you need painters whites, No Shorts!!
• All employees will refrain from harassing in any manner at all job sites, the shop, or after work, to any one, anywhere!
• All employees must have a basic amount of tools necessary to begin their work. Example: brushes, roller naps, 5 in 1,, etc.
• All employees are on PAYROLL, you must provide a copy of your Driver's license, or proof of citizenship, and a Social security card upon filling out your final application.
• All employees must work as a TEAM!! Team efforts make for jobs completed timely and efficiently.
• All employees must adhere to clean up rules to insure our customers a sanitary and maintained work area. Their property is to be respected! All trash and materials must be removed from the job site EVERY DAY!!
